On appointment day & Late policy
To ensure that each client receives their full scheduled time, I kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
If you anticipate being late, please let me know as soon as possible. While I will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please understand that your appointment may need to be shortened if there is another booking immediately after yours.
Rest assured, the price for your appointment will remain the same. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
24 Hours Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of $30 per hour for the scheduled service, to secure another appointment in the future. Payment can be made via e-transfer.
For example, the cancellation fee for a 60-minute massage is $30, and for a 90-minute massage, the fee is $45.
