Here is how to make my popular Lemonade. This is perfect to refresh your body and mind!
This is the perfect drink to take any time of the hot day for everyone. Especially those who love our short summer here but feel sometimes it’s too hot!
Why Lemonade with mint?
Effect of Lemonade is not only relishing but also great for your skin.
Lemons are a good source of vitamin C and of flavonoids, or antioxidants, which are amazing for boosting the immune system, weight loss, and cancer prevention.
Mints have great effects of calming, soothing and improving digestion.
Honey increases your immune system so you can keep being active without catching summer cold.
Simple Recipe
Ingredients for 700 m
- Hot water 250 ml
- Lemon juice 3tbs
- Sugar 4 or 5tbs
- Honey 3tbs
- Water 400ml
- Mint as much as you want
- Ice to serve it cold
- Mix hot water, lemon juice, sugar and honey very well in a big container (more than 1 litre).
- Add water and adjust the taste for your preference.
- Place mints on your palm and clap your hand to release the scent of mint and put them into the serving glass with ice.
- Pour the lemonade (2) into glass and enjoy your time!
You can add more honey and reduce sugar. Also you can enjoy lemon water without sugar.
